Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@windsorbridaljewellery.com.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels still attached exactly as delivered to you.
Items with labels detached or plastic tags removed will deemed as used and cannot be returned. Items returned after 30 days from purchase are not eligible for return
To make a return you must contact us by email. We will then give you details of the returns address. Returns are at your own cost and if an item is lost in transit we are not responsible for the loss. Please consider insuring the item or using a trackable freight or post service.
Special Sale Items and Earrings are not returnable. Earrings are not returnable due to health regulations. Special orders of Custom Jewellery, Sale or Special price items are also not returnable unless there are manufacturing faults. Any manufacturing faults we will repair or replace these free of charge.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be made via your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for payments after we receive the items. Postage Costs and re stocking fees may apply. These will be deducted from your refund.
Damages and faults
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives faulty or defected you must report this to us within 48 hours to be eligible for a replacement. You will need to take a photo of the damage and email this to us. We have a very good returns policy and we will replace your faulty item. Damages reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for refund. Items returned after 30 days from purchase are not eligible for refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Earrings and necklace / earrings sets are not returnable due to health regulations. Special orders of Custom Jewellery, Sale items or Special price items are also not returnable unless there are manufacturing faults. Gift cards are not returnable for refunds.
Exchanges
We will exchange items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. You must first examine your item when you receive it and notify us immediately of any defects within 48 hours. If you do not tell us immediately of any defects we may not later accept any claim. Email us at info@windsorbridaljewellery.com.au with photographic evidence of any defects. Tags must be intact and still attached. If we accept your request for exchange for faulty or defective items only within Australia you will be given a free return postage label to send the item back via Australia Post. Items must be sent back in the original packaging. We will immediately replace the item as soon as possible .
If you are shipping an item back to us at your own cost you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Tags
Please be careful when first trying on your Windsor pieces. Only remove any tags or plastic connectors when you are happy with your purchase. Please note your item has special tags attached and they have placed in precise locations and in certain ways. All of this has been recorded for each item we send out. If you are intending to return your piece no tag or plastic connector must be removed or tampered with. Any tag removal or changes to any plastic connector location will mean you are deemed to have used the item and it cannot be returned.
