Every piece on our website is held in stock here in Australia and dispatched from our studio — nothing is shipped to you from overseas. Orders placed before 2pm (AEST) are usually dispatched the same day; please allow 1–2 working days at busy times. Every parcel is sent with Australia Post and is fully trackable; international parcels may need to be signed for.
Australia
Free Standard delivery on orders over A$59. Free Express Post on orders over A$79 — often next-day delivery in metro areas.
Orders under A$59: Standard Post A$6.95 (roughly 2–3 working days to most cities).
Orders between A$59 and A$79: Standard is free, or upgrade to Express for A$8.50.
New Zealand
Free Standard International Post on orders over NZ$99.
Orders under NZ$99: NZ$12, fully tracked, roughly 4–6 working days to most cities.
United States
Standard International Post US$9.90 (approximately 6–14 days).
Express International Post US$16.80 (approximately 3–6 working days) — recommended if your wedding is less than four weeks away.
Free Standard International Post on orders over US$299.
US import duties are calculated and collected at checkout, so the price you see is everything you pay — nothing further is due on delivery.
Canada
Standard International Post CA$20 (approximately 6–10 working days) on orders under CA$199.
Express International Post CA$30 (approximately 4–6 working days).
Free Standard International Post on orders over CA$199.
United Kingdom
Standard International — £6.00 (5–8 working days) for orders under £100.
Express — £21.00 (3–5 working days) when your wedding is getting close.
Free Standard delivery on orders over £100.
No surprise charges on delivery: UK orders under £135 in goods value currently attract no import VAT and no customs charges — the price you see at checkout is everything you pay. Almost all of our jewellery, including sets for the bride and her bridesmaids, fits comfortably under this limit. If you're ordering for the whole bridal party and the total would go over £135, place it as two separate orders and each will arrive charge-free — and over £100 each, they'll both ship free too.
Europe — Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal, Greece, Finland & Norway
Standard International Post €19 (approximately 6–12 working days).
Free Standard International Post on orders over €120.
Import duties or VAT, where they apply, are set by your country and are payable on arrival.
Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Poland & Singapore
Standard International Post A$35 (approximately 6–12 working days), shown in your local currency at checkout.
Free Standard International Post on orders over A$199.
Japan & United Arab Emirates
Japan: Standard International Post A$25; free on orders over A$99.
United Arab Emirates: Standard International Post A$32; free on orders over A$199.
Ordering for a wedding date?
Allow dispatch (same day for orders before 2pm AEST, otherwise 1–2 working days) plus the delivery time for your destination. If your day is close, choose Express where it is offered, or email us first — we are among the fastest in the industry to answer, and we are very used to helping last-minute brides.
