Home Trial Offer

To have a Home Trial (Australia only) with free returns choose up to 2 items. At Checkout enter the code Hometrial in the discounts code box . Items eligible for the Hometrial offer with free return postage must be over $200 AUD value. You have up to a week from receiving them to try out the pieces. You must send anything back you do not wish to keep within 7 days of receiving them. All tags must not be removed and the items must be in perfect condition. This offer is for Australian customers only. 

You need to pay for any items before we send them - then we refund you once we get them back. We suggest if you pay by Afterpay as you do not need to pay so much upfront. If you return anything quickly your refund will be quicker. That means less then is owing to pay. 

We have a lot of stockists in almost every major city or town in Australia where you can try on our pieces. But we understand not everyone can attend a Bridal store. 

When you opt for Hometrial you are accepting these terms and conditions:

You must return any items you do not wish to keep within 7 days of receiving them. 

They must have all the original tags attached and they must not have been worn to an event (other than try on at home). They must be in perfect condition as received and in their original packaging. The Hometrial offer cannot be used with any other offer such as a discount offer. 

Once items are returned and they are in good condition we will credit you only by the same method of payment you used to pay for the items. Only one hometrial is allowed per customer. 

Returns will need to be handed over the counter of any Australia Post Office or posted at any Australia Post mailbox - you must sign the post label if you are using a street mailbox. 

Any single item for Home Trial must be over $200 value. Items under $200 are not included in this offer. Earrings are not included for health regulations. 

We accept no liability for loss in transit or damage. If any conditions of the offer are not fulfilled we may reasonably choose not to refund you. Acceptance of this home trial offer means you agree to abide by these terms.
