A massive thank you to James from Windsor Bridal Jewellery who custom modified two Windsor bridal hair pins for me, by adding several opalescent Swarovski crystals to the pins. My order arrived promptly and safely via express post and the hair pins are so just so beautiful in real life. I can’t wait to wear them on my wedding day! James was fabulous to deal with, going above and beyond by sending me videos of the hairpins being constructed for my approval. I purchased my bridal headpiece from Windsor Bridal Jewellery and it was beautifully made. The home trial system was definitely appreciated, delivery was super quick and James was very helpful in assisting with any questions.

I ordered two pieces from Windsor Bridal Jewellery for my wedding in a few weeks. My items came promptly and beautifully wrapped/packaged! I could tell straight away that so much pride and care had been taken. The Remy earrings in silver are so so beautuful - the crystals literally twinkle! I also purchased the Adaline hair clip in pale gold - also a beautiful piece, however I soon realised I would require a silver hair piece. James was prompt to respond to my return enquiry with excellent customer service. He was able to find me a Adaline hair clip in silver and went to the lengths of sending me a video to compare the Adaline with another hair piece I had my eye on. The whole exchange process has been a breeze. I could not recommend Windsor Bridal Jewellery enough for any brides looking to purchase beautiful pieces from a great business! Wonderful experience.

I did a home trial with Windsor Bridal Jewellery and it was the best experience. As soon as I placed the order in, it was posted and with me in two days. Having a week to decide between two stunning headpieces was very helpful as I could go to my dress alterations appointment and try the different looks with my dress. Honestly 5 stars is not nearly enough for my experience with Windsor Bridal Jewellery. I usually only write reviews if something is terrible and I want to warn people, or something is so exceptional the whole world should know about it ha! This is one of those times where it is beyond exceptional and the whole world should know. I had spent so much time looking for the perfect accessory to compliment my wedding dress and everything was falling short. I luckily came across Windsor and immediately fell in love with multiple pieces. So many in fact that I really couldn't choose! When I emailed them and asked if they could do a combination of things they were very prompt and extremely helpful. Each time I had a question or request James responded right away and helped me out. Everything was extremely personalized to me. No cookie cutter responses and no question or request was stupid. Now onto the final product- well it is simply amazing. It is the singular most stunning piece of jewellery I have ever seen or owned. I had a tiara made and James made sure every bit of the way I was happy with it. His skill and level of detail pulled the entire thing together. Pictures do not even do this piece justice. It is made not only with a fine attention to details I wanted, but also with superior quality of materials. Literally no amount of words in a review will do Windsor justice! Beautiful craftsmanship and superior customer service. I can't recommend them enough and I can't wait to wear this on my wedding day! You will feel like royalty just owning one of their pieces. This is something I will treasure forever!

Had the most wonderful experience with Windsor Bridal Jewellery! My wedding dress is ivory, with some motifs of a rather unusual powder pink. I was concerned that it would be tricky to get a wedding crown to match, but it was no problem whatsoever for James! I'm Brisbane based, and I visited his lovely studio in Hobart on a weekend trip with my fiancé with only a few photos of my dress in my iPhone, as covid has made delivery of any sample motifs impossible (my dress was purchased in Sydney, and is still there with family members). James was able to construct the most divine headpiece, a perfect reflection of the style and colour of the dress, with only the photos on my iPhone as a reference point, as well as matching earrings. Not only does it look perfect, it's malleable and surprisingly lightweight, which makes it very easy to wear. He is amazingly skilled and has an incredible eye. In addition, he was so much fun to collaborate with! He listened to all of my ideas, and helped me formulate them into something that would work for the dress with great care and encouragement. He made the whole process easy and fun, and the headpiece was ready within a week. Absolutely brilliant work, I would recommend Windsor Bridal Jewellery to any bride, anywhere. Thank you James!

Thank you so much Windsor Bridal Jewellery for our daughter’s beautiful bridal crown and earrings! Several months ago I contacted James from Windsor Bridal Jewellery to enquire about the creation of a bridal crown for our daughter. I had scoured the internet prior to that and not found what we wanted. James could not have been more helpful. He sent through a video showing me some options and discussed ideas. James then spoke personally to our daughter when she went to his shop in Hobart. She discussed with him her hopes and ideas for the crown and showed him photos of her wedding gown. James then kept in contact with our daughter showing her the design as it progressed so that she could comment and advise. After what seemed a very short time, her crown was completed. It was hand made in the Windsor Bridal studio complete with Swarovski pearls with brass components, some hand painted with a pearlised effect. Incorporated in the beautiful design are personal elements that our daughter requested in memory of past family members. It is quite simply exquisite. The crown is exactly what my daughter had dreamed of and will be a treasured family heirloom. James’ care and level of customer service was first rate and his craftsmanship flawless. I cannot recommend Windsor Bridal Jewellery highly enough! Thank you!
